Returns and exchanges

Fervento hopes you are happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order.

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return it. The products must be unworn, in the condition in which you received them and returned in the original packaging (including the label).

The costs of returning are for your own account. So make sure you frank the package sufficiently and send it to the address below:

The products are your responsibility until they are returned to us, so make sure they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged in transit. We can charge costs for damage. We cannot send confirmation of receipt of your return. Therefore, always keep the receipt for the return shipment so that you can always check when we have received your return.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size.



It can happen to anyone that you have ticked the wrong size during your order. No problem with us if you let us know within 24 hours of your order. Please include your order number and name.

 

I would like to exchange the item for a different size.

You can download our return form at the bottom of the website for returns and exchanges. On this you can indicate which size you would like to receive. This form also clearly states how the package should be returned. The costs of the return are for your own account, we will send the replacement copy free of charge.


I have received the wrong item.

We take great care to guarantee the best quality, but unfortunately it can happen that an item is damaged or delivered incorrectly. If so, please contact us. You will then receive all the information to arrive at a suitable solution free of charge as quickly as possible.
