Shipping costs are € 4.95 and free from € 75.00
What happens to my order if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
Should delivery not be possible on the first attempt? Then we make another attempt the next day. If you are not at home, we will try to deliver the package to your neighbors. If that doesn't work, don't worry: you can pick up your package at the nearest post office. PostNL will of course inform you about the location of the post office.
Is there still something wrong? Please contact us directly via email@example.com. Thanks to fast communication, we can solve any problems together with PostNL as quickly as possible.
I have not received a confirmation email, did my order go through correctly?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail within a few moments. If it does not arrive within 30 minutes, first check your spam box. If you cannot find the order confirmation here either, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Then we immediately go after it.
How can I pay for my order?
Fervento uses the following payment options:
With this payment method, the payment is handled directly during the ordering process. Payment takes place in a secure and trusted payment environment with your own bank. All you need is access to internet banking! This payment method is the simplest and most customer-friendly. Note: iDeal is only possible for payments with a Dutch bank.
If you are approved by Klarna you can choose to pay afterwards. This is outside of our own payment provider. We have no influence on Klarna's approval.
This is a secure online payment service. With PayPal you have the option to arrange transactions online without communicating your financial information. In addition, you can make purchases with just your e-mail address and PayPal password. You must therefore create a PayPal account here.
Mastercard, VISA, and American Express
Credit card companies cover online payments and are therefore seen as a very secure payment method. As an extra check, you must enter your unique CVC code. You can find this three-digit code on the back of your credit card. In connection with fraud from abroad, our payment provider checks the IP address of the credit card holder with the IP address with which the order is placed. So these two must match.
I have received my order, but I am not satisfied. I would like my money back. What should I do?
From the moment the order is delivered, you have a trial period of 14 days. You can indicate on the return form that the purchase amount must be credited. You will receive a confirmation as soon as we have received the package back and the administration has processed your order. Your purchase amount will then be refunded to the account you paid with within 7-14 days. You can download our return form on the website at the bottom of 'Exchange and return'.
I have a complaint about the order I have received. What should I do?
If you have a complaint or have received an item with damage, please contact us via email@example.com. You will then receive all the information to arrive at a suitable solution free of charge as quickly as possible.
I have received the wrong item. What should I do?
Did you receive an item that you did not order? Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning . You will then receive all the information to arrive at a suitable solution free of charge as quickly as possible.
How long does a refund take?
An outstanding amount is always credited within the legal term of 14 working days. Of course we try to credit the amount as quickly as possible, but the exact term varies, due to busy times in certain periods. Don't hesitate to contact us
An item is not available in my size. Can you reorder these?
That differs per article. Send an email to email@example.com with the name of the item, item code and your size, and we will check for you whether the desired item can be reordered!
I have forgotten my login name / password. What should I do?
Your login name is always your own email address. If you don't remember which email address you used, you can contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.They can then find out under which email address your account has been created. If you don't remember your password, you can easily request it. In the login screen, select 'Forgotten your password? Click here.' We will then send a new password to your email address. You can change this password yourself.
